NYU Langone Health has teamed up with the world’s fastest-growing fitness competition to host NYU Langone Health HYROX New York from May 28, 2026, to June 7, 2026, at Pier 72 in New York City.

The 30,000 bibs HYROX offered to the public sold out in under an hour.

NYU Langone will use our own 500+ entries as a powerful fundraising and awareness-building tool—inviting clinicians, researchers, students, patients, and our generous partners to compete side by side in honor of the areas that matter most to them.

We are asking our strongest supporters—athletes and spectators alike—to champion this initiative in a big way, combining philanthropy with personal challenge and bringing greater visibility to NYU Langone’s mission to expand access to premier clinical care, research, and education.

Make a gift to brighten the future of medicine

Research at NYU Langone and NYU Grossman School of Medicine is powering crucial leaps forward in medicine. Our researchers garner more NIH funding per individual than at any other top medical school. Game-changing investigations run the gamut from basic science to translational research with rapid impact on patient outcomes. In 2024, we had nearly 20,000 patients enrolled in clinical trials. Our focused recruitment efforts in medical science have brought on board luminaries in every disease area. All of these developments require space.

A $500,000 gift to this year’s Violet Ball could improve and expand our state-of-the-art facilities and foster the continued growth of our world-leading research enterprise.
